About Allingham Arms
The Allingham Arms Hotel is a modern, elegant 4-star hotel overlooking the sea, situated in the seaside town of Bundoran just a short stroll from Bundoran’s beautiful beaches. The hotel consists of 132 guest rooms that include deluxe rooms, superior rooms, themed rooms, and brand new ‘Fizz Suite’.
The Allingham Arms also known as “The Capital of Country Music” is well-known for hosting Ireland’s Biggest Country Music Artists and offers the guest an extensive entertainment line up throughout the year. This was the inspiration for the newly appointed themed bedrooms that feature artwork from the streets of Nashville, Tennessee.
Bundoran has many beautiful attractions however the Rougey Walk is on top of our list. As you begin the Rougey Walk Experience, you will arrive at the stunning Fairy Bridges – sea stacks thousands of years old and is a star attraction of the Wild Atlantic Way Coastline. With scenic views for 360 degrees, you can see back to beautiful Mullaghmore in Co. Sligo and across to Donegal Bay with views of the highest Sea Cliffs in Europe known as the Slieve League Cliffs.
The younger generation can choose from a wide variety of activities which are all within walking distance from the hotel such as Eclipse Cinema, Waterworld, Bundoran Adventure Park, Horse Riding, and the Amusement Arcades amongst many others.
